Flags
Flags, such as the German and Russian, are often a set of horizontal colour stripes.
This work, in progress since 2007, employs landscape photographs to represent the flags of the countries in which the images were taken. The stripes of colour in the images, however, don’t match the colours of their corresponding flags.
